The platform you’re looking at. Non Sequitur Web is a content pipeline, build shop, and intelligence engine — deployed on Hugo with Cloudflare Pages, powered by an agentic automation layer using Claude API and GitHub Actions.

The system processes signals from RSS feeds, structures them through a 5-stage pipeline (Signal → Wrap → Analysis → Iteration → Implementation), and renders everything in the Content Lab. The Build page drives client intake through a scripted AI chat and traditional form flow.

Three agent roles — Taskmaster, Foreman, and Architect — coordinate sprint execution, job scoping, and system design.
